My wife and I were looking to buy our first home and Natalie exceeded our expectations in helping us purchase our first home. Here are some of the things that stood out in our work with Natalie: Detailed:We interviewed two other agents before we decided to work with Natalie. What stuck out to us after our first meeting was how thorough she was. In our first meeting she gave us about an hour long presentation explaining the entire house buying process in great detail at no cost. As first time home buyers, this was very vital as it helped calm a lot of our fears about a process that can be overwhelming but also we walked out of that meeting feeling well educated about the process and what to expect. We didn’t find that in our discussions with other agents.Responsiveness:Natalie was very responsive during the entire process. I could send her a text at 10:30pm and she would respond and even on some occasions jump on a call with us to explain. We had lots of questions during the process and she was always available and knowledgeable enough to answer our questions Knowledge:Natalie showcased that she was knowledgeable about houses and things to watch out for. She routinely provided valuable information on whether things we noted in a house were going to be a big issues or easily fixable Honesty:One of the most important things in buying a house is finding an agent who is honest and has your best interest at heart (Even though they stand to benefit from your purchase). There are many agents out there whose main goal is to make a deal even if it doesn’t benefit the buyer but in our interactions with Natalie we found her to be refreshingly honest and open about the pros and cons of a house. We didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase and felt confident that she had our best interest at heart and wouldn’t lead us into a bad deal just to make a profit. Dedicated Team:As first time home buyers, we had lots of questions and needs. Natalie had a dedicated team that also worked with us to make the process smooth.Once we got under contract on a house, I indicated to Natalie and her team that we would like to close as quickly as possible. Her team worked with us and we were able to close in about two weeks with no major issues. During this short close period, we were able to do all the home inspections on the property (we ordered additional ones), do the appraisal and see the home ourselves about three times before we closed. Getting this done in such a short time without cutting any corners in this market is a testament to the dedication and competence of Natalie and her team. We are blessed to have been able to work with them and will do so again in the future.
